Evelyn Knepper brings a genuine passion for helping people through every step of their real estate journey. Based in Dyersville, Iowa, and serving the surrounding communities, Evelyn is known for her hands-on approach, strong communication and dedication to making every client feel confident from start to finish.

Evelyn’s drive and discipline are rooted in her service as a Sergeant in the Iowa Army National Guard, where she has been proudly enlisted for the past six years. That same commitment shows up in her real estate career. She listens closely, advocates fiercely and doesn’t stop until the job is done.

Her love for real estate started long before she became an agent. As a kid, she was already “house shopping” for her mom, a curiosity that naturally grew into a career she truly enjoys. Today, she works with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, land buyers, and out-of-state relocations. No matter the situation, Evelyn focuses on guiding her clients through every step, providing the support and clarity they need to make the right decision.

Clients often describe Evelyn as friendly, honest and supportive. She prides herself on creating an experience where her clients feel heard and empowered. To her, success isn’t just closing a deal; it’s building a relationship.

Outside of real estate, Evelyn is a self-proclaimed “professional hobbyist.” Whether she’s sewing, crocheting, creating stained glass, refurbishing furniture, baking, or organizing a space, she enjoys working with her hands and bringing creativity into everything she does. She is also a member of the Bear Creek Wood Carving Club and values the strong sense of community that makes Dyersville such a special place to call home.

Family is at the center of Evelyn’s world. She welcomed her son, Odis, in 2025, and cherishes every moment spent with him and her close-knit family. Their support and connection are a constant source of motivation and inspiration.
