A Little About 'Me' & What 'I' can do for 'You'

Born and raised in Dyersville, Iowa, I graduated from Beckman Catholic High School before continuing my education at Hawkeye Community College, where I graduated with High Honors and earned my AA Degree. I have always prided myself on genuinely loving to help others, and I quickly discovered that a career in real estate perfectly reflects that passion.

With nearly 12 years in the industry, I am incredibly proud to serve as the Owner & Managing Broker of American Realty. In this role, I have the privilege of working not only with my own clients, but also supporting and collaborating with fellow Realtors while serving the wider tri-state area.

Real estate is more than just a career to me. It is something I truly care about, and it means so much to help people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions and milestones.

I thrive on learning, which is especially important in real estate as the industry is constantly evolving. There is a strong responsibility and high priority placed on continuing education, market awareness, and professional growth to ensure we serve our clients and the industry in the best possible way. Staying current, adaptable, and informed allows me to provide the highest level of guidance and expertise.

When I am not meeting with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, vacationing, and of course a little shopping here and there. My heart is fullest when I am off on life’s adventures with my husband, Wade, our three girls and our pup, Creed, who all keeps life fun and meaningful.

I love bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the ever-evolving world of real estate and am driven by a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving the absolute best for those I work with. I assure you I will bring that same energy, care & dedication when working as your Realtor.

Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). The CNE is earned by real estate professionals after successfully completing formal negotiation training over two days. Agents who receive this certification are among the top agents in the country in negotiation skills. With professional negotiation skills, agents are able to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home. CNE agents have a higher skill level which enables them to 1) communicate more effectively to uncover desired information, 2) help clients understand their options, 3) work collaboratively with others, and 4) resolve deadlocks. CNE agents have a thorough understanding of how to negotiate effectively to help achieve their client’s goals. The Real Estate Negotiation Institute is the leading negotiation training and coaching company in the real estate industry. Collectively, the Real Estate Negotiation Institute’s instructors have over 300 years of real estate and negotiation experience.
