For eight years, I’ve been selling homes. I know the housing industry more than most Realtors. I’ve built homes and remodeled them. And I’ve taken the time to learn the various lending institutions available to them.

I went into this business to help individuals make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I feel that I’ve accomplished this with a number of Dubuque families.

My clients know I will go the extra mile for them. They also know I’ll be up front with them and not be afraid of talking them out of buying a home if it won’t meet their needs. I will also back out of a listing if party is asking more for a property than is worth.

I also get the answers to any questions they might have. I know the right individuals that they can contact for help if they need assistance and it’s something I can’t provide it.

I’ve lived in Dubuque all my life. For 25 years, I was in high school administration. My wife and I have three children who now have families of their own.

I believe in giving back to the community. I’m a member of Albrecht Acre’s board and a board member on for my church, school, and the Boy Scouts. I participate each year in the free Thanksgiving dinner and handle concessions for the Dubuque Community School District
