Dubuque is my home and I love this community. I’ve lived here for 50 years and it has provided a wonderful home for our family. I enjoy showing newcomers this beautiful and dynamic city.

I’ve been selling homes for 21 years. I love the idea of helping homeowners find their perfect home. To do this requires my full attention.

I approach the selling of each home with a positive attitude and an honest outlook. I try to tell sellers what they can expect and what they need to do to their home to get the most value out of it. I educate the buyers on the steps they need to take; pre-approval, realistic budget, home inspection, etc.

Whether this is your first home or second, or even a retirement home, my goal is to provide you with excellent and prompt service. My clients appreciate my attention to detail and the number of homes I’ve shown. I know how to prepare a home for an open house so that guests will walk away impressed. And interested in the property.

I’m active in my community and participate in the St. Marks Program. I’m also on the Clark College Development Council and a member of the Dubuque Golf and Country Club.

I’ve been happily married for 35 years and have three children. I also have three handsome grandsons
