From the beginning of my real estate career I’ve been with American Realty. I went into this career because I like the independence it offered and the challenges. 20 years later I still enjoy the business.

I’m a broker associate and I’ve been a real estate appraiser for the past 15 years.

I’ve thrived in this business for so long because I’m willing to put in the work necessary to get a sale done. I have a good track record with my clients.

My first loyalty is to my clients and I find out about the size of the family, where they are from, and where they work. I try to let them know all about the amenities of a property. And keep them informed of what the current interest rates are.

My wife, Carol and I have been married for 41 years. Our daughter has provided us with two grandchildren. We live in Cascade, a small town outside of Dubuque.

I’m a member of the Knights of Columbus, Cascade Council #930. I’m a member of the Cascade Chamber of Commerce and the American Legion. I’m Director of the Cascade Economic Development Corp.
