Since 1986 I have been a full-time Realtor with American Realty specializing in residential Real Estate in the Dubuqueland area where I have lived most of my life.

I am knowledgeable of my profession and have a very good reputation of being honest and trustworthy. My integrity and straight forward approach to Real Estate lets my clients know that I truly care about their needs. I am an experienced negotiator who appreciates her job.

I have always liked sales and enjoy working with people. I addition I find Real Estate to be an interesting and challenging profession. There is something special about helping people purchase or sell their home that continues to motivate me to do my very best. I have a good working relationship with other Realtors, which in turn, benefits my clients and customers.

As a member of The Dubuque Board of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors I keep informed on the latest trends in the Real Estate market.

My husband Fred and I are happily married and have six children all of which are married-they have blessed us with 14 wonderful grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, working in my flower garden and I'm hoping to improve my golf swing.
