As a FULL TIME Realtor-Broker Associate who loves her job I put all my skills to work for you. I’ve been in the real estate business for over five years and have had yearly sales of over 9 million dollars during that time.

When I’m selling a home I try to get as much details about the home and the sellers as possible. I let them know honestly what I can do to sell their home. I also use the internet diligently with virtual tours, enhanced websites, and email to get the sale done as quickly as possible.

I’m just as diligent with buyers. I try to get as much information as I can about what they are looking for. I find out how they want to be approached, whether it is e mail, telephone, or mail. I keep in touch. I question them in depth about what they are looking for and search the market accordingly.

I’m successful with clients because I’m a very detail oriented person. I'm also very savvy with the internet and use it daily for all of my clients. I get back to my clients with information and have been told that they have enjoyed the experience with me.

Having been active in rental and commercial properties for over 20 years the experience I have learned helps me tremendously when working with people in the industry.

I have lived in the Dubuque area my whole life and I know the Dubuque and surrounding areas very well.

I’ve been married to John and with him have four children. We live in Peosta, just outside of Dubuque. I’m active in my church and my childrens acitivities. I like to boat and golf.
